Our Bodies are Designed to Have a Certain Amount of Physical Stress and Violence in them.............
Violence as a Way of Achieving Racial Justice,............. 
Is Both Impractical and Immoral.............
I am Not Unmindful of the Fact that Violence Often Brings About Momentary Results.............
But in Spite of Temporary Victories,.............
Brutality Must Sometimes Be Inflicted to a Savage Mind...........
Yet an Eye for an Eye Only Ends Up Making the Whole World Blind.............
Every Fighter Has One Fight that Makes or Breaks Him.............
Better to Fight for Something Than Live for Nothing Just for the Sake of Living.............
Work Hard for What You Want Because It Won't Come to You Without a Fight.............
You Have to Be Strong and Courageous.............
& Know that You Can Do Anything You Put Your Mind To............. 
If Somebody Puts You Down or Criticizes You,.............
Just Keep Your Head Up.............
Just Keep On Believing in Yourself and Turn It Into Something Positive.............
