The Clock Of Time
Don't watch the clock; do what it does. Keep going.
The clock of life is wound Once,............
And no man has the power..........
To tell you, just when the hands will stop.............
At late or early hour.............
To lose one's wealth is sad indeed,.............
To lose one's health is more,.............
To lose a Loved One is such Loss.............
That no man can Restore.............
The present only is our own,...............
So live, love, toil with a will,.............
Place no faith in "Tomorrow,".............
For the Clock may then be still.............
Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.............
The death clock is ticking slowly in our Chest,.............
& each drop of blood measures its time,.............
& our life is a lingering fever.............
I must Govern the clock,.............
Not be Governed by it.............
A Wise Man who Understands that every day is a New Beginning,............
How many mistakes do you make in a day?.............
I don't know about you, but I make plenty..............
You can't turn the clock back,.............
so you have to look ahead.............
The hours of Folly are Measured by the Clock,.............
But of Wisdom,.............
No Clock can Measure.............
DEATH is Always Upon Us.............
Learn to Accept it.............
Because ............
LIFE is what NOURISHES Us.........
&
LIFE will also KILL Us.............
