Unwinding from Afar

We move in and out of darkness and light all our lives. In the vast reaches of the dry, cold night, thousands of stars were constantly appearing, and their sparkling icicles, loosened at once, began to slip gradually towards the horizon.
The first step towards true enlightenment is to lighten up on ourselves. Our mind will answer most questions if we learn to relax and wait for the answer.
We will be more successful in all our endeavors if we can let go of the habit of running all the time, and take little pauses to unwind and re-center ourselves from our tangled obstructions.
Sometimes getting to the other side seems impossible. You know there’s a way. You can actually see the steps in your mind, but it all seems out of reach.
One day a week we seek to rest
from earthly toil and sorrow.
Revitalized, we find the strength
to battle new tomorrows.
If people just took it a day at a time, they'd be a lot happier and less of sorrow.
Relax, Recharge and Reflect. Sometimes it’s fine to do nothing just unwinding.
Then you'll find yourself revitalized on your true purpose from afar.
